How connection works.

Open Settings, then Accounting.

Connect Xero: you sign in at xero.com, choose the organisation, and Quick Roof receives a token rather than your password.

Send a quote as you normally would. A draft appears in Xero shortly after.
If something goes wrong.
The card says reconnect required.
Tokens refresh in the background, but a revoked or long-idle connection can lapse. Open the Xero card and connect again.
GST totals look different in Xero.
Check that the GST setting on your business matches your Xero organisation's tax settings, then correct the tax on the draft. A quote syncs once; sending it again does not create a second draft.
